Best Practice Inventories

Since Tenant Deposit Legislation came into force, many in the industry have reached the conclusion that it is best practice for inventories and check-out inspections to be carried out by an independent inventory clerk.

Sub-contract your inventories and check-outs to us, and provide your landlords and tenants with truly independent inventories and reports, professionally prepared by ARLA trained staff.
